We know generative AI is transforming many major industries, such as finance and healthcare — but did you know that it’s redefining the world of freelance work, too?

Acknowledging the increasing demand for roles and skills related to generative AI, freelance services hub Upwork decided to invest in this burgeoning technology. With its newly unveiled AI Services hub, the company aims to solidify itself as a top destination for AI talent and work.

As Upwork focuses on shaping the generative AI space, the company is also prioritizing the well-being of its people. With industry-leading perks, such as adoption assistance and access to mental wellness programs, the company remains committed to supporting the people who make its impact possible.

But Upwork isn’t the only a frontrunner when it comes to innovation and culture. Real estate technology company OJO aims to accelerate its continued international expansion while supporting its employees’ professional and personal development.

After selling its Canadian operations to the Royal Bank of Canada earlier this year, OJO is eager to heighten its influence on homeowners and buyers across the globe. Meanwhile, the organization’s benefits package, which includes an unlimited PTO policy and paid family medical leave, is helping set the organization apart as an employer of choice.
