Provide day-to-day IT support and maintenance across the college: manage help desk tickets, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, create training materials, assist with audits/backups and enforce IT policy, communicate status to stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure end-user satisfaction.

Assist Technical Instructor with hands-on IT training and classroom facilitation, lead study groups, monitor and support learner performance, enter learner data in LMS/Salesforce/Canvas, enforce program policies, and help maintain training equipment and materials.

Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues; install, configure, and maintain computer systems and LAN/WAN; troubleshoot system and network problems; assist with VPN setup; use Remedy, Jira, and other IT management tools; collaborate with IT team.
