The Project Manager is responsible for defining business and web application requirements, managing a team of developers, and applying project management methodologies.

Support project managers through all project phases by managing tasks, procuring subcontractor bids, coordinating schedules with contractors/landlords/clients, documenting status in GEMS, submitting change orders and invoices, and attending mold remediation and client software training.

The Assistant Project Manager manages less complex projects, analyzes potential problems, and advises junior staff under supervision.
