The role also supports client reviews, supply readiness, program expansions, and continuous improvement across Marketplace Operations.

Own Hive’s live US customer operations in Texas, including operator recruitment, training, shift coverage, safety, quality, KPIs, customer communication, incident resolution, and continuous improvement. Build the initial US operating infrastructure, support early autonomous-machine deployments, establish scalable procedures, and create feedback loops with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams. Lead operators and develop reliable, safe, and predictable operations across customer sites.
