The Senior Treasury Analyst will manage banking relationships, optimize cash flow, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and prepare treasury reports.

Manage daily cash positioning, short-term cash forecasts, bank relationships, and treasury controls. Reconcile revenue, payments, processor settlements, and GL balances. Investigate discrepancies, support liquidity planning, audits, month/year-end close, and continuous process improvements across treasury and revenue operations.

Lead development and improvement of short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts. Analyze cash trends and drivers, communicate insights to senior leadership and the board, partner with finance, actuarial, investments, and treasury operations, and optimize excess cash per investment policy to support capital allocation and operational planning.

Own daily reserve management and fund movements across banking and on-chain rails. Execute wires, ACH, and wallet funding. Build rebalancing workflows, reconciliations, operational controls, and documentation. Partner with finance, compliance, and engineering to ensure reliable, auditable treasury operations.

Manage treasury operations including customer fund segregation, cash positioning, wire transfers, and regulatory reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Own daily cash management and liquidity operations: monitor cash positions, execute wires/ACH, maintain cash flow forecasts, perform bank reconciliations, support AP/AR and cross-functional reporting, assist with controls/audit and compliance, and deliver ad hoc treasury analysis to support the Senior Treasury Manager.

Provide project-based treasury advisory to alternative investment clients: design treasury operations, reconciliations, NAV oversight, collateral and counterparty management, develop policies and reporting, train teams, and support treasury-related special projects.
