Lead and build the company's tax function, manage federal and state income tax compliance, oversee indirect tax processes, prepare ASC 740 tax accounting and provisions, coordinate with external advisors and auditors, support tax planning and R&D credit data gathering, and implement tax controls and process improvements.

Lead technical accounting and financial reporting as the companys primary U.S. GAAP expert. Establish accounting policies, prepare technical memos and disclosures, support audits and IPO-readiness, evaluate accounting implications of business initiatives, and build the technical accounting function while partnering with Finance, Legal, Engineering, and external advisors.
