Lead day-to-day accounting (GL, AP, AR, payroll), own month-end close and financial statements, drive ERP implementation, apply ASC 606 across complex government and manufacturing contracts, manage standard costing and fixed asset accounting, maintain internal controls and DCAA readiness, prepare audit support, and supervise and develop the accounting team.

Own budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for Engineering and Enablement cost centers. Build financial models, partner with functional leaders, produce monthly and quarterly reporting, and help implement FP&A systems and templates as the company scales. Support hiring, contractor, and program cost forecasting.

Serve as the primary finance partner to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Execution. Own CapEx planning, working capital modeling, budgeting/forecasting, cash conversion analysis, and financial reporting to guide production decisions and liquidity management for scaled hardware defense manufacturing.

Lead and build the FP&A function: own financial planning, rolling forecasts, scenario and sensitivity analyses, board/investor reporting, monthly variance analysis, and cash forecasting. Partner with Manufacturing, Government Contracts, and Operations to maintain budgets, design FP&A systems and templates, and mentor analysts as the function scales.
