Remote internship supporting tax research, testing, and documentation. Duties include researching tax form changes, interpreting tax code updates, writing requirements for programmers, designing and executing test cases, validating tax calculations, and contributing to release notes and customer guidance while learning tax software and tools.

Manage order-to-cash processes including validating sales orders, submitting invoices, applying customer payments, maintaining client billing data and tax rules, handling billing inquiries and collections, preparing AR reports, drafting contracts/amendments, and driving process improvements.

Research and interpret tax code and form changes, translate findings into software requirements, guide programmers, design and execute test cases, validate tax calculations, produce documentation and release notes, serve as subject-matter expert for assigned tax topics/states, support product users, and lead team projects as needed.
