Review accounting work, manage close critical paths, prepare audit support, design SOX-ready controls, and support migration from Xero to a scalable ERP. Coach accounting staff and build AI-powered automation for reconciliations, schedules, narratives, and workflows.

The Director will lead technical accounting and financial reporting, preparing for audits and IPO readiness, managing external auditors, and developing accounting policies while leveraging AI tools.
