The Director will lead technical accounting and financial reporting, preparing for audits and IPO readiness, managing external auditors, and developing accounting policies while leveraging AI tools.

Lead the operational accounting function as Deepgram scales toward IPO, overseeing monthly close, ERP migration, and the development of accounting policies and controls.

Own and build the full invoice-to-pay cycle, automate AP with AI, lead month-end AP close and subledger-to-GL tie-out, establish AP analytics, prepare AP for external audit, manage ERP migration and Ramp card program, and handle vendor/tax compliance and reporting.
