Lead and evolve Affirm's enterprise risk management program, strengthen governance and core risk programs (operational, third-party, business continuity), and build risk analytics and reporting. Lead and build the Affirm Bank accounting function during bank formation. Oversee GL operations, regulatory and monthly financial reporting, audit coordination, process automation, cash management, and financial analysis. Manage and recruit the accounting team and partner cross-functionally to integrate bank accounting into Affirm's systems while ensuring regulatory compliance.
