Execute the final phase of an HRIS and payroll data migration from ADP to Rippling. Responsibilities include extracting and archiving historical employee and payroll records, mapping and uploading data, organizing files in Rippling and Google Drive, auditing records for accuracy and compliance, protecting sensitive PII and PHI, and reporting migration progress to HR and Payroll leadership.

Process accurate biweekly multi-state U.S. payroll using ADP and UKG Pro; handle payroll transactions, reconciliations, audits, tax compliance, equity compensation (RSUs/ESPP), expatriate payroll, and employee inquiries. Collaborate cross-functionally, maintain SOPs and controls, support year-end reporting, system testing, upgrades, and provide payroll data and analysis to Finance, HR, and auditors.

Lead payroll processing for Latin America, ensuring timely, compliant payroll across multiple countries. Provide technical support, resolve payroll issues, liaise with HR/Finance, maintain local compliance, and report insights to leadership.

Lead end-to-end onboarding for PEO clients: build implementation plans for payroll, benefits, tax registrations and HR compliance; manage timelines, parallel payroll reconciliations, platform adoption, cross-functional handoffs, and continuous improvements to implementation tooling and documentation.

Lead and execute Canadian payroll processing, ensure compliance with local laws, support onboarding, resolve payroll issues, partner with HR/Finance, maintain stakeholder relationships, and report payroll insights to leadership.
