The FinCrime Product Compliance Senior Manager focuses on developing scalable processes for managing financial crime risks, collaborating with product teams, and ensuring compliance for Wise's Platform products in North America.

Manage end-to-end payroll for US and select international locations, ensuring accurate inputs, reconciliations, GL reporting, vendor coordination, compliance with tax laws, audit support, payroll inquiry resolution, process documentation, and continuous improvement to scale global payroll operations.

The Treasury Manager will oversee FX risks, manage liquidity trades, lead the risk management team, and collaborate with analysts and banks to optimize strategies.

Owner of North American regulatory and financial reporting for new products (including Wise Assets).
