The Legal Operations Director will streamline legal processes, oversee legal technology, and enhance operational performance through strategic initiatives and metrics analysis.

This role involves delivering high quality legal research services and coordinating with the Research & Information Services team to support client engagements.

Provide executive-level administrative support to attorneys, managing schedules, travel, billing, document drafting and review, file organization, project coordination, liaison duties, mentoring legal support staff, and ensuring timely completion of practice and client deliverables.

Provide legal advisory and transactional support to Corporate & Investment Banking: draft, review and negotiate credit, security and banking documentation; conduct legal due diligence; identify and mitigate legal risk; advise on complex credit and corporate transactions; supervise junior lawyers and manage external law firm relationships.
