Owns NODA AI’s export and trade compliance program, including ITAR/EAR classifications, DDTC and BIS licenses, restricted-party screening, foreign-person controls, technology transfer reviews, customs compliance, training, audits, government submissions, and audit-ready records. Partners with engineering, security, contracts, finance, HR, and outside counsel to protect controlled information and maintain regulatory compliance across defense technology operations.

Manage full contract lifecycle for government, public sector, and commercial programs: draft, negotiate, administer, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/ITAR/EAR. Support proposals, task orders, subcontract flow-downs, risk assessments, CLM implementation, and stakeholder briefings while coordinating with BD, finance, engineering, and operations.
