Support California Lemon Law litigation by performing vehicle inspections, evaluating technical merit, preparing discovery and testimony, and serving as GM’s technical PMK/PMQ. Coordinate with GM Legal and outside counsel, provide expert testimony, maintain documentation and compliance, develop playbooks and training, and meet inspection and case turnaround SLAs.
