Provide senior product-focused legal counsel across the product lifecycle for AI and cloud offerings. Advise on privacy, security, IP, open-source, export control, and contract negotiations; support incident response and regulatory matters; build legal playbooks and enable product and engineering teams.

Provides legal counsel for datacenter and infrastructure transactions, including leases, colocation, design/build, operations and maintenance, and procurement agreements. Negotiates complex contracts, advises on risk and supplier performance, supports international expansion, and develops scalable legal contracting tools. Collaborates with procurement, engineering, operations, finance, tax, compliance, and senior leadership on infrastructure projects involving cloud computing and AI.
