Senior in-house lawyer owning negotiation and development of enterprise, channel, GSI, alliance, reseller, API and integration agreements. Advise GTM, Product, and Sales on deal structure, risk allocation, AI and data-sharing issues, and product commercialization. Build templates, playbooks, and scalable contracting frameworks; partner with Privacy, InfoSec, Finance, and Legal Ops to embed GDPR and compliance controls and support function-building and team training across a global partner ecosystem.

Provide senior legal counsel on global privacy laws (with primary focus on US frameworks like CCPA/CPRA), develop and scale privacy program elements, advise on privacy impact assessments, incident response, data subject requests, regulatory engagement, product and AI privacy issues, and mentor privacy and legal teams.
