Advise directors, executives, and internal partners on bank regulatory obligations, conflicts with affiliates, and bank holding company reporting. Support OCC, FDIC, and Federal Reserve engagements and examinations, build examination-ready processes, and partner cross-functionally on governance and regulatory considerations for new products and bank operations.

The Lead Legal Counsel will manage commercial agreements, provide strategic legal advice for Lending Partnerships, and support team collaboration. This role requires experience in technology transactions and complex negotiations.
