Provide legal leadership for global trade compliance, focusing on export controls, sanctions, restricted party screening, and due diligence. Lead a team, design policies and procedures, advise business units and executives, support M&A risk assessments, internal investigations, training, and program enhancements across global operations.

Provide legal advice and lead EHS compliance strategy across global operations, covering U.S., EU, and local regulations. Manage outside counsel, support audits, design and deliver EHS training, handle product safety incidents and regulator communications, perform environmental due diligence for transactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance and enforcement matters.
