Supports Trust Officers with fiduciary administration, distributions, discretionary decisions, client engagement, and analysis of trust instruments, wills, and related legal documents. The associate develops knowledge of trusts, estates, fiduciary law, tax considerations, and regulations while attending training, meetings, and professional development activities. The program may lead to a permanent Trust Officer role.
