The Director of Solutions Engineering leads the Solutions Engineering team, drives technical support for sales, mentors engineers, and collaborates with other departments to enhance product offerings and customer experience.

Design, build, and run scalable sales enablement programs—onboarding, product and skills training, eLearning, and certifications. Manage Docebo, Seismic, and Gong content; partner cross-functionally; measure KPIs; facilitate training; and use AI and authoring tools to improve learning and adoption.
