The Account Executive sells MetLife's Group Benefits, maintains customer relationships, develops sales strategies, and provides financial consulting support.

Sell and manage group benefits (life, disability, dental, vision, voluntary) in the Utah market. Build broker and client relationships, develop strategic sales plans, grow renewals and new business for 2,000–4,999 life groups, coordinate cross-functionally for implementation, and track pipeline and sales activity to meet territory goals.

Drive new sales and growth for General Agents, Third-Party Administrators, Associations, Unions, and Trusts. Build and maintain intermediary relationships, create regional growth plans, execute sales strategies, coordinate stewardship meetings, and partner with internal sales, service, implementation, and underwriting teams. Support national events and travel as needed.
