Own and grow a portfolio of 15–30 active infrastructure and software customers. Manage account health, retention, renewals, expansion, adoption, forecasting, and revenue performance. Build multi-threaded relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate technical, support, product, and professional services teams to deliver customer outcomes. The role requires experience managing multiple technology accounts and driving recurring revenue growth across cloud, infrastructure, and SaaS offerings.
