Lead and develop Inside Sales and Growth Account Executives to drive post-close revenue expansion across hospitality and light industrial clients. Own team performance, pipeline, forecasting, CRM discipline, and platform adoption. Support senior client conversations, join strategic meetings, enable account expansion, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure onboarding, fulfillment, and growth.

Manage full sales cycle for new clients: generate and qualify leads through high-volume outbound outreach, book and lead discovery meetings, demo the Indeed Flex platform, negotiate agreements, ensure client go-live, and hand off accounts to Growth AEs while maintaining CRM accuracy and performance KPIs.
