As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage potential clients, schedule meetings for Senior Sales executives, and build a client pipeline while learning about the product for advancement into Account Executive roles.

Lead and scale Closinglock's new-logo sales organization across enterprise, mid-market, and regional accounts. Own sales strategy, forecasting, segmentation, quota setting, and operating cadence. Hire and develop front-line sales managers, participate in strategic deals, partner cross-functionally, and use data to drive predictable, scalable revenue growth.

Hunt and close enterprise accounts for Closinglock by building pipeline through outbound prospecting and partners, leading consultative discovery, managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, negotiating deals, maintaining Salesforce pipeline and forecasts, and representing the company at industry events.

Manage the full sales cycle for SMB accounts: qualify inbound leads, prospect outbound, conduct discovery and demos, negotiate and close deals, maintain Salesforce records, meet activity KPIs and revenue quota.
