Conduct on-site workplace risk assessments for policyholders, advise on safety and risk-control programs, coordinate and deliver training, and consult with agents. Service a Florida field territory (Pensacola to Gainesville), travel regularly within the territory with occasional overnight trips, and help customers implement loss-prevention measures. Maintain strong knowledge of property/COPE, sprinkler systems, OSHA, NFPA, FM Global and ICC standards.

Investigate commercial liability claims with timely, cost‑efficient field investigations. Maintain claim inventory, follow policies and budgets, set reserves, negotiate limited settlements, attend mediations, document file activity, and manage litigated files for Gulf Coast and Midwest states.

Manage daily operations of the Major Case Unit handling complex commercial claims. Lead workload planning, oversee reserves and settlements, direct litigation strategy and defense counsel, analyze claim trends, resolve complex coverage and service issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements and performance monitoring.
