Leads a site reliability engineering team and owns the reliability, observability, automation, and AI-enabled operations roadmap. Establishes SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and reliability metrics while advancing self-healing systems, AIOps, CI/CD, chaos engineering, incident response, capacity planning, and ITSM/ITOM integrations.
