Manages integrated program planning, governance, reporting, schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, costs, staffing, and decisions across technical workstreams and task orders. Coordinates implementation with information systems professionals and analyzes communications and information transport needs. Requires three years of relevant experience, Secret clearance, and IAT Level II and CCNA certifications.

Serves as a cloud security and Information Assurance subject matter expert supporting DoD information systems. Assesses cloud environments, security and privacy controls, and cybersecurity risks using NIST RMF, NIST standards, FedRAMP methodologies, and DoD requirements. Conducts C&A reviews, supports authorization and ongoing compliance, develops security documentation, and advises engineering and program stakeholders across cloud architecture, infrastructure, applications, data, operations, and compliance.

Leads configuration management for complex information systems and hardware/software components. Maintains configuration baselines, records, and technical documentation; advises Configuration Control Boards; evaluates engineering changes; supports audits; and coordinates with quality assurance and management to ensure controlled, accurate product baselines.

Maintains DB2 software and environments on IBM z/OS mainframes in compliance with STIG and SRG requirements. Installs, customizes, upgrades, patches, and supports DB2 software using SMP/E; participates in database and application migrations; provides technical customer support; and maintains procedures, tickets, change requests, reports, and compliance documentation.

Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process in a government contracting environment. Process invoices, purchase-order matches, subcontractor billing, employee reimbursements, payments, ACH/NACHA files, reconciliations, and vendor records. Ensure compliance with FAR, DCAA requirements, contracts, and unallowable-cost principles. Maintain audit-ready documentation, prepare cash reports, resolve discrepancies, and support government audits while collaborating with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Maintain ADABAS, IDMS, DATACOM, and DB2 database software and z/OS mainframe environments in compliance with STIG and SRG requirements. Install, customize, patch, upgrade, and document IBM database software using SMP/E. Support database migrations, application upgrades, customer technical questions, tickets, change requests, and standard operating procedures. The role requires extensive IBM database software installation and maintenance experience plus IAT-I certification.

Develop and deploy full-stack applications using Java, Spring, Angular, Oracle, and Azure. Responsibilities include building REST APIs and microservices, optimizing database performance, troubleshooting across the stack, participating in architecture and code reviews, and collaborating with QA, DevOps, UX, and product teams.
