Designs and implements Hightouch Identity Resolution solutions for enterprise customers. Assesses data architectures, develops identity rules and data models, debugs customer issues using SQL and server logs, explains system behavior, and identifies product gaps. Partners with sales engineering, support, and technical account management while advising technical and executive stakeholders on data strategy and identity architecture.

Own and grow strategic relationships with agency holding companies, independent agencies, and major advertising platforms. Develop account plans, advise executive stakeholders, negotiate commercial agreements, co-sell into enterprise accounts, deliver business reviews, and coordinate cross-functional go-to-market programs. The role manages partner performance, identifies expansion opportunities, and represents Hightouch as a thought leader in agentic marketing.

Own Hightouch’s core marketing product portfolio, including audiences, analytics, experimentation, trait building, and orchestration. Set product vision and priorities, lead 0-to-1 innovation, improve adoption, and drive revenue outcomes. The role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Design, executives, customers, and go-to-market teams. This senior, hands-on product leadership position involves managing multiple workstreams, validating market needs, defining MVPs, and presenting product strategy and customer insights.

Leads and scales a team of Technical Architects serving enterprise customers. Oversees customer onboarding, success, retention, expansion, technical escalations, implementation standards, and customer health metrics. Partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to improve adoption, prioritize customer-driven enhancements, and develop go-to-market strategies. Combines people leadership, technical expertise, coaching, and cross-functional program execution to deliver strong customer outcomes.

Develop experimental AI techniques for agentic marketing applications, especially image and video generation. Build proofs of concept, autonomous evaluation and improvement systems, realistic AI-generated video, and brand-aligned creative generation workflows. The role requires strong quantitative and probabilistic thinking, backend architecture skills, creativity with LLM applications, and product intuition.

Drive enterprise sales by building high-value account pipelines, conducting discovery, delivering tailored technology solutions, and executing outbound and land-and-expand strategies. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, exceed targets, build long-term client relationships, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment. Familiarity with the martech and data ecosystem is beneficial.

Develops value frameworks, use-case libraries, buyer narratives, release positioning, capability boundaries, and product readiness standards. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and field leadership to translate technical product capabilities into defensible customer outcomes, qualification paths, business cases, and seller enablement. Requires substantial experience in positioning technical products and familiarity with MEDDPICC.

This role focuses on enhancing developer productivity for Hightouch's engineering team by owning the build/test/deploy processes, improving multi-cloud infrastructure, and driving excellence in testing.
