Design, insert, and verify DFT features including memory BIST and scan. Generate ATPG patterns, perform gate-level verification, improve test coverage, plan test costs, and deliver patterns to product test and ATE for silicon bring-up.

Perform device-level failure analysis on mixed-signal ICs to support customer returns, product qualifications, yield excursions, and new product development. Isolate electrical and physical faults, identify root causes, produce technical reports, and evaluate new tools and methods.

Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors HR data and organizational structures, execute onboarding and lifecycle transactions, produce operational reports, troubleshoot HR system issues, support governance/change management, and document operational procedures while partnering with HR, Payroll, and IT.

Perform mixed-signal CMOS IC layout and verification using Cadence Virtuoso XL and Mentor Calibre, collaborate with circuit designers, apply device-matching and signal-protection techniques, troubleshoot LVS and layout issues, and support floorplanning and block-level routing.
