Lead cross-functional embedded software programs in the semiconductor industry: decompose requirements, build integrated schedules across software and hardware, manage risks and dependencies, drive execution to milestones, and continuously improve product development processes to deliver production-ready software integrated into chips.

Perform device-level failure analysis on mixed-signal ICs to support customer returns, product qualifications, yield excursions, and new product development. Isolate electrical and physical faults, identify root causes, produce technical reports, and evaluate new tools and methods.

Design and validate digital and DSP IP, model control loops in Matlab/Simulink, convert subsystems into silicon-ready designs, perform lab debug and post-silicon validation, characterization, and production test, and support integration with SoC architectures.

Develop and verify analog circuit behavioral models and AMS/UVM testbenches; collaborate with architects, design, and DV teams for mixed-signal integration, DMS/AMS verification, regression debug, and automation for pre- and post-silicon validation.

Lead development and rollout of formal verification methodologies, mentor engineers, build formal and dynamic verification environments, create test plans, perform failure and coverage analysis, and improve functional verification for mixed-signal audio IP.

Lead advanced troubleshooting and design for global LAN/WAN/WLAN/cloud networks. Monitor network health, implement secure standardized systems, support routers/switches/firewalls/load balancers/VPNs, optimize performance, collaborate on architecture, and maintain documentation.

Manage and grow the IP Integration Digital team; define strategy, requirements, and schedules. Oversee transistor-level design, characterization, Verilog modeling, and Cadence-based simulation/layout of custom and 3rd-party IP. Collaborate with product, foundry, layout, and quality teams to deliver qualified IP for mixed-signal chips.
