Owns relationships and profitable growth across regional grocery accounts, including business planning, negotiations, promotions, distribution, trade investment, customer P&Ls, and performance analysis. The role develops joint business plans, manages retailer buyers, identifies growth opportunities, and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing. Requires direct CPG grocery sales experience, including work with H-E-B or Meijer corporate teams, and involves 25–30% travel.
