Lead product strategy and roadmap across Archive's retail resale platform. Own prioritization, drive AI-first product decisions, partner tightly with Engineering and cross-functional teams, hire and develop the product org, and deliver measurable business outcomes (GMV, supply, demand, margin).

Own and evolve the AI triage, routing, and agent library for inbound support tickets; administer and debug Zendesk systems and integrations; build automations, monitoring, and reporting; maintain integrations, routing logic, and AI QA; drive automation roadmap and continuous improvement to increase containment and reliability across CX operations.
