Leads the development and execution of Centura’s advisor recruiting program for mergers, acquisitions, and tuck-ins. Builds sourcing, qualification, evaluation, and closing frameworks; develops advisor value propositions and candidate experiences; creates acquisition pipelines; monitors wealth-management trends; establishes recruiting standards; and aligns senior stakeholders across the organization. The role requires entrepreneurial leadership, consultative selling, deep knowledge of advisor economics, and extensive independent wealth-management experience.

Build and manage high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client relationships within Centura’s wealth advisory platform. Transition existing books of business, identify tax, estate, investment, insurance, and cash flow planning opportunities, collaborate with internal consulting teams, deliver client solutions, and grow and retain assets under management. Candidates may join as RIA firm owners or advisors bringing an existing book.

Leads investment sales and AUM growth for HNW and UHNW clients while owning portfolio proposals, deployment, monitoring, alternative investment integration, and performance reporting. Partners with wealth advisors and investment teams to develop tax-aware strategies, close new business, manage client portfolios, and deliver clear investment insights. Maintains CRM and portfolio platform records, supports compliance and fiduciary standards, and builds long-term client relationships.

Sources and recruits independent wealth advisors and advisory teams for mergers, acquisitions, and tuck-in growth initiatives. Builds prospect pipelines through networking, referrals, events, research, and proactive outreach; evaluates candidates using financial and qualitative criteria; develops long-term relationships; provides market intelligence and recommendations; and maintains pipeline records and reports. Partners with M&A, legal, operations, and executive teams while representing the firm’s value proposition to prospective advisors.

Lead relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, grow assets under management and revenue, expand client relationships, manage sales pipelines in Salesforce, and deliver coordinated advice across investments, tax, estate, and insurance. The role requires consultative selling, complex financial communication, asset retention, business development, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.
