Lead qualification testing for enterprise KIOXIA SAS and NVMe SSD products on customer server and storage platforms. Create and execute test plans and scripts, configure hardware and software, troubleshoot system issues, perform first-level SSD failure analysis, and collaborate with customers and engineering teams on qualification requirements, schedules, equipment, and lab infrastructure.

Supports OEM enterprise SSD qualification programs by managing customer requirements, test resources, schedules, action items, technical documentation, reports, and failure analysis through closure. Collaborates with U.S. and Japan engineering teams, sales, marketing, product planning, and test organizations. Provides customer support and assists with joint qualification testing, requiring expertise in SSD technologies, storage architectures, operating systems, RAID systems, and SAS/SATA/NVMe interfaces.
