Leads strategy, roadmap, discovery, development, and launches for Stella, ServiceTrade’s agentic AI product suite. Partners with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver trusted AI capabilities, manage backlogs and UAT, drive adoption, and align product execution with customer needs and business goals.

Owns strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated B2B SaaS marketing campaigns across email, paid media, nurture, landing pages, webinars, events, and ABM. The role drives awareness, pipeline, conversion, and revenue through data-driven testing, lifecycle programs, product launches, cross-functional collaboration, and responsible use of AI and automation.

Owns the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance analysis of B2B trade shows, conferences, association programs, and partner events. Responsibilities include event strategy, budgeting, vendor negotiations, logistics, freight coordination, on-site leadership, lead capture, Salesforce reporting, sales alignment, and process improvement. The role also manages partner relationships, event inventory, promotional materials, and multiple complex projects while traveling approximately 15–20%.

Lead product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for ServiceTrade’s fire protection and mechanical SaaS products. Own positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, executive communications, and launches, particularly AI-powered capabilities. Build the product marketing function, translate customer and market insights into roadmap guidance, and drive product adoption across field service contractors, technicians, service managers, and business leaders.

Manage a portfolio of high-value SaaS customers, driving retention, adoption, renewals, expansion, and upsell revenue. Conduct business reviews, demonstrations, and growth planning; identify at-risk accounts; coordinate issue resolution across internal teams; negotiate renewal contracts; manage Salesforce pipelines and forecasts; and maintain accurate account records. The role requires consultative relationship management, quota achievement, strong presentations, and occasional customer travel.

Lead strategic design and evolution of native iOS and Android apps, own mobile roadmap and architecture (MVVM/MVI), drive offline-first data sync, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Fastlane), telemetry and performance tuning (Kibana, Crashlytics, Pendo), mentor engineers, enforce security (OWASP MASVS) and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure scalable, maintainable mobile platforms.
