Software Engineering Interns develop and manage enterprise platforms, cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, automation tools, and monitoring processes. They support infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, continuous integration and delivery, security, testing, documentation, and performance tracking across environments. The role collaborates with delivery and operations teams to improve engineering throughput and quality while using AI tools for productivity and automation.

Resolves routine application and product issues, documents cases in CRM, trains customers on product usage, coordinates with internal teams, and follows up through resolution. Requires strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and documentation skills, with flexibility for variable shifts, Saturdays, and overtime.

Supports compliant administration of employee absence, leave, accommodation, and workers’ compensation programs across North America. Partners with HR, Legal, Risk, leaders, vendors, and employees on complex cases, policy interpretation, compliance, risk mitigation, reporting, training, process improvement, and stakeholder education. Analyzes trends and metrics, maintains dashboards and knowledge content, supports system enhancements, and contributes to policy and workflow improvements.
