Develop and maintain PCB component libraries, footprints, symbols, 3D models, and multilayer board layouts using Cadence Allegro/OrCAD. Validate component data, perform placement and routing, run design rule checks, and prepare fabrication and assembly deliverables. Drive SLT workstreams from requirements through production readiness, develop test boards and automation, perform characterization and reliability screening, lead failure analysis and yield learning, collaborate with DFT, OSATs, and manufacturing, mentor junior engineers, and support production ramp and vendor engagements.

Lead post-silicon bringup and validation for high-performance AI chips. Develop and debug bare-metal C/C++ tests on FPGA/emulator and deploy on first silicon, build Python automated test frameworks, analyze failures, improve test infrastructure, and collaborate across teams to characterize and stabilize silicon.

Lead the end-to-end manufacturing test strategy from board (L6) to rack (L11), manage a 3-5 engineer team, partner with hardware/firmware/validation/quality/JDM, define test infrastructure and capacity, drive yield improvements, CAPA, and continuous manufacturing quality improvements.

Define and execute board- and system-level validation strategies and test plans. Perform hands-on bring-up, functional and electrical characterization, automated test development, debugging, root-cause analysis, and collaborate with ODMs and manufacturing to qualify products for mass production. Document results and present readiness assessments to stakeholders.

Define and lead end-to-end security architecture for a large-scale AI inference service platform. Own threat modelling, tenant isolation, platform and hardware security (secure boot, attestation, firmware integrity), network and API protections, secrets and key management, monitoring and incident response, and customer assurance. Partner across engineering, operations, compliance, and customers to set requirements, validate implementations, support audits and pentests, and provide technical leadership and mentorship.
