Own and improve Vanta’s engineering, product, and design data systems by onboarding signal sources, standardizing data at ingestion, mitigating failure modes, and ensuring information is trustworthy and queryable. Lead and scale Vanta's Customer Success, Support, and build Professional Services from scratch. Own delivery execution, retention, services P&L, SLAs, CSAT, and partner enablement. Drive onboarding, implementation, service offerings, tooling, metrics, and cross-functional handoffs to improve time-to-value, quality, and services margin for enterprise and mid-market customers.
