Drive partner-led growth for Docker’s Mid-Enterprise business by generating pipeline and ARR through resellers, solution providers, VARs, distributors, and cloud marketplaces. Develop scalable sales plays, joint campaigns, account-mapping programs, enablement, and co-selling workflows. Manage partner relationships, pipeline forecasting, opportunity progression, and revenue targets while positioning Docker’s AI Governance solution and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

Serves as a strategic analytics partner to Marketing, owning funnel, attribution, ROI, account scoring, experimentation, and pipeline analytics. Builds scalable datasets, dashboards, and quality controls while connecting customer, campaign, product usage, CRM, and revenue data. Delivers executive-ready reporting, QBR insights, and recommendations that improve conversion, marketing investment effectiveness, account-based marketing, product adoption, and pipeline growth.

Lead pre-sales technical strategy for strategic mid-enterprise accounts. Conduct discovery, shape requirements, run competitive proofs of concept, develop integrations, deliver demos and architecture reviews, and communicate business value to senior stakeholders. Advise customers on AI governance, container security, DevSecOps, software supply chain integrity, and secure development workflows. Build technical champion relationships, support competitive sales strategies, advocate for customer needs internally, and partner with sales, product, engineering, post-sales, and support teams.

Drive partner-led revenue growth across US Central by recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and scaling resellers, VARs, and solution partners. Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and ARR targets, manage deal registration and forecasting, develop joint sales and marketing initiatives, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical Account teams. Build regional partner strategies, establish performance cadences, and expand market coverage through co-selling and partner-driven demand generation.

Serve as a trusted post-sales technical advisor to strategic enterprise customers. Drive Docker adoption, operational maturity, value realization, risk mitigation, and renewals while managing technical relationships. Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales; provide guidance on containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and developer productivity. Maintain customer health documentation, lead reviews and enablement programs, develop scalable playbooks, represent customer feedback internally, and mentor other TAMs.

Lead Docker’s global partnerships with major GSIs and SIs, including Accenture, Deloitte, EY, and KPMG. Build executive relationships, develop joint AI Governance offerings, structure referral and resale models, enable co-selling, and drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. Collaborate across sales, professional services, product, and marketing while establishing the GSI partnership function, reporting performance, and embedding Docker into AI transformation practices.

Own Docker’s global partner marketing function, including strategy, budget, MDF, PRM governance, partner communications, campaigns, events, webinars, and co-marketing. Build scalable programs that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, measure ROI, improve portal adoption, and align global field marketing efforts. Serve as the senior marketing counterpart to alliances leadership while establishing the function’s operating model, processes, annual plan, and future team.

Leads Docker’s global Information Technology organization, overseeing help desk services, application management, device lifecycle logistics, internal productivity tools, service metrics, SLAs, and continual improvement. Develops multi-year IT strategy and technology roadmaps, architects and optimizes the SaaS and cloud application ecosystem, manages technical debt, and partners with executives and technical leaders to support business growth. Builds a metrics-driven, customer-focused team and advances AI- and automation-first practices.

Lead Docker’s Secure Build and SCS Services teams, owning delivery, team health, technical direction, operational excellence, hiring, and engineer development. Shape portfolio priorities across secure build, Docker Scout, and Docker Hardened Images while balancing roadmap work, reliability, on-call, and stakeholder commitments. Partner with Product and cross-functional teams, guide distributed-systems and infrastructure decisions, oversee incidents and production operations, and establish clear ownership across team interfaces. The role requires strong backend engineering judgment, software supply-chain security understanding, and leadership across remote European and US teams.

Owns partner and internal sales enablement across channel, hyperscaler, systems integrator, and technology ISV ecosystems. Designs training, certification, GTM content, co-sell plays, account-mapping frameworks, and partner portal programs. Enables field teams and partners around Docker’s AI Governance motion, tracks readiness and pipeline KPIs, and connects enablement investments to revenue outcomes.
