Define golden paths and self-service capabilities, align platform roadmap with business goals, shape AI agent and tooling direction, partner to productize internal capabilities for customers, and measure adoption and developer productivity. Influence cross-functional stakeholders and track outcomes like provisioning speed, reliability, and reduced toil.

Serve as a trusted technical seller for strategic accounts: lead technical discovery, shape requirements, design and run PoCs, provide AI governance and supply-chain security guidance, build champion relationships, and advocate customer needs to Product and Engineering to drive adoption and expansion.

Build and ship full‑stack, behavior-driven growth experiments and user experiences to increase activation, retention, and expansion. Implement end-to-end A/B tests and feature flags, instrument analytics, analyze results, and collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and PLG. May participate in on-call rotation to support production services.
