Develop accurate simulation abstractions for tendon-driven robotic hands and validate them against physical hardware through system identification, actuator characterization, calibration, and testing. Responsibilities include prototype and NPI support, MBOM and process documentation, tooling and fixture development, process validation, DFM/DFA reviews, PFMEA, pilot builds, production ramp, contract manufacturer transfer, yield improvement, and root-cause analysis.

Develop and deploy dexterous manipulation software for multi-fingered robotic hands.
