Process and prepare customs documentation to support international import movements, secure release of consolidations, manage turnover and in-bond transfers, handle confidential data, and cross-train in related duties. May need to complete specified export and dangerous-goods courses.

Process and integrate customer data to support international shipments and customs clearance. Serve as customer liaison, prepare customs and PGA entries, review documentation and invoices, coordinate with carriers and forwarders, ensure regulatory compliance, handle accounting tasks, and respond to customer inquiries and document requests.

Manage and develop the company's export compliance program, ensuring adherence to U.S. export laws and agency regulations; liaise with government agencies; lead audits, process improvements, and a compliance team; support customer service and business development while maintaining timely, accurate export filings.

Process customs and PGA entries, coordinate international shipment logistics, communicate with customers, carriers, and government agencies, review and prepare shipping documentation, handle billing and accounting tasks, and ensure regulatory compliance. Must work evenings and at least one weekend day.
