Provide high-level executive support to the Chairman while performing specialized accounting duties: prepare sales and complex financial reports, manage invoices and expense reporting, maintain financial documents (including leases), arrange travel and meetings, compose correspondence, handle confidential communications, prepare presentations, oversee office tasks, and collaborate with C-level executives on projects and events.

Lead end-to-end fixture planning, procurement, and production for store openings, remodels, and closings. Manage vendors, budgets, permits, DC fulfillment, inventory, signage, and field installations. Build timelines, mitigate risks, and lead a team of 2-4 while partnering with Construction, Real Estate, Merchandising, and Store Operations.

Support the Chairman with financial and executive tasks: prepare and analyze sales and financial reports, maintain complex spreadsheets, assist with invoices and lease data, communicate findings, uphold confidentiality, and complete assigned projects.

Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including sales tax filings and renewals, bank and GL reconciliations, monthly journal entries, AR processing, reporting, assisting with audits, tracking deposits/fees, and recommending accounting procedure improvements.

Maintain and optimize SQL databases, write stored procedures and complex queries, build and improve ETL pipelines, develop reports, support integrations with vendors and internal systems, troubleshoot data issues, and collaborate with business and technical teams to enable data-driven decisions.
