Serve as the senior on-site IT resource for the Austin lab: triage and resolve tickets, maintain Windows Server and hybrid identity, manage Intune and endpoints, ensure uptime for instrument PCs and networked lab equipment, perform hardware and network troubleshooting, coordinate vendor and cross-team deployments, document procedures, and mentor junior IT staff for a 24/7 production environment.
