Manage day-to-day engagement workflow, draft and review client agreements, onboard client relationships in the CRM, coordinate team workflow, maintain documentation quality, support process improvements and data reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely, consistent engagement delivery.
