Lead platform architecture on commercial AWS: design VPC, managed Postgres, serverless, storage, IaC, CI/CD, observability, security and compliance (FedRAMP/HIPAA/SOC2/ITAR), portability for restricted environments, developer experience, on-call ownership and postmortems, and partner on handoffs to regulated deployments.

Design and ship end-to-end product features for code understanding, translation, and modernization.
