Source and engage candidates for engineering, manufacturing, and G&A roles. Build talent pipelines, develop talent maps, use automation and data-driven sourcing methods, partner with hiring managers, manage multiple requisitions, support inclusive hiring, and represent the company’s recruiting brand. The role requires strong stakeholder influence, technical recruiting knowledge, pipeline prioritization, and consultative communication skills.

Lead and own the People technology stack (HRIS Rippling), set roadmap, build automations, ensure data integrity, scope integrations, manage vendors, and deliver people reporting and governance to scale the organization.
