Lead a remote compliance team supporting licensed customs broker partners and ABI users across the US and Canada. Oversee pre- and post-entry activities, exception management, PSCs/protests and corrections, partner meetings and training, CBP/CBSA interactions, tariff/duty program guidance, data/document alignment, and serve as escalation and knowledge leader for internal stakeholders.

The Account Executive will develop and execute sales strategies, manage the sales process, and maintain customer relationships for supply chain software.
