Use Braze, Dynamics, Hatch, and Snowflake to create audiences, triggers, measurement, and reporting. Partner with Technology, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to drive customer actions and improve retention, revenue, NPS, and CSAT.

Leads SavATree’s growth marketing and demand-generation engine across approximately 100 branches. Owns a $15M+ media budget, optimizing paid search, paid social, CTV, SEO, direct mail, offline advertising, CRO, and offers against CAC, CPL, ROAS, and ROI goals. Oversees agencies, contractors, and a team of three while driving customer acquisition, subscriber growth, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives. Partners with brand, CRM, creative, and operational leaders to develop strategy, measurement, experimentation, and AI-enabled growth programs.
